Turkey Dripping Red - Nov 2010

Borrowed a friends pot and burner just after thanks giving. They had deep fried a turkey just a few days before, so the pot came pre-flavored! After PWB-ing the lot, I made a simple extract red with some steeped specialty grains. Came out nice, smooth, and malty.

Black Kingston Cider - Oct 2010

5g batch of cider from pure NW locally grown kingston black apples. Added some DAP & reserved 1/2 gallon to back sweeten, but I never ended up using it! Came out semi-tart, and I liked it just the way it was!
