More pico experiments...

Trying out a 1g pico batch of plzn. Mostly just not enough time for a full batch. It's extract with some steeped grains. I wanted to do an all grain 1g batch (believe it or not) but I couldn't find my 4L cooler. Light LME, but the beer is a bit dark as expected.

Here's a time lapse of fermentation. This was actually a test run for the time lapse. It's junk but now I know what not to do :)
